Cold weather inspiration

Was very delighted to read Rumi’s post today. She’s in NYC and dressed warmly. This makes packing on my end much easier. Jeans, check. Big fuzzy coat, check. Sky-high heels, check. I think it’s going to be fine.

Back from New York

We had a great time in New York this past weekend. It was so much fun visiting all the different neighborhoods. We had an even better time visiting the showrooms. While there, we saw 2 new lines for the store. Stay tuned to see who we picked up for the Spring and Summer 2010 season!

Keeping an eye out for SATC

Corkery/News

Filming of Sex and the City 2 has commenced in NYC this week. During our downtime, you know what we’ll be doing. We’re staying in the heart of Manhattan so we’re hoping for a sighting! Have a wonderful weekend.

Sunday’s Best Jewelry

Our Sunday’s Best jewelry came in over the weekend from the designers in Brooklyn, New York. We got in 15 pieces and are so excited! There’s a great selection of necklaces, rings and we have bracelets and earrings too! Materials range from sterling to oxidized silver, 14k gold, vermeil and bronze. We invite you to stop by the store and see for yourself. Happy Monday!

We want trouser leg jeans!

Found Denim Abilene Jeans available in store

These are the jeans we’ve been wanting for Fall. As we’re getting closer to our trip to NYC, these are the jeans we’re imagining wearing to the showrooms with a Steven Alan navy on white striped tee, Wren khaki anorak and the perfect pair of brown suede moccasins. When it gets colder, how cute will they look with chunky sweaters. They were great in the summer with little cami tops and they’re going to transition beautifully into the cold months. Since they’re Found Denim, they’re going to make our behinds look amazing. The wash is between dark and super faded. They run long, so call on your alterations expert and give them a heads up.
