Can you believe we’re almost there? It really is starting to feel like the holidays. Yesterday Mary, who’s home for winter break (yay!), came into the store to work and while she was here selected some of her favorite items. So if you’re having trouble deciding on the perfect gift for your special lady, check out what she chose.
Day 10: CB I Hate Perfume Mr. Hulot’s Holiday (60)
Day 9: Karen Walker Deep Freeze in Black (180)
Note: Perfume is named after the 1953 movie, Mr Hulot’s Holiday. Read about it here. Now doesn’t that make you want to come into the store to smell it?
At the Beach 1966 is back in stock along with Mr. Hulot’s Holiday and Russian Caravan Tea. We think the CB I Hate Perfume space in Williamsburg is super cute and wanted to share pics with you. Hope everyone’s having a great Monday!
We can’t believe Thanksgiving is next week and with that in mind, we’ve created a gift guide for you (girls forward to bfs and spouses)! Be unique in your gift giving. Shop water perfumes by CB I Hate Perfume, sparkle bracelets from Dogeared and mixed metal jewelry by Sunday’s Best. In addition to our gift items we have a full selection of Fall and Holiday clothing and Karen Walker eyewear. Sweaters and jackets are perfect for your special lady. Dresses and fancy tops are a little more festive!
We love the new perfumes that arrived last week. Designer Christopher Brosius has created an innovative line of real scents. They’re not sweet, but pleasant and very nostalgic. A bit unconventional – they allow you to feel like your true self. We have a range of scents from musky to crisp. Even the clean and crisp scents turn warm after a few moments on. Their prices start at $60 and go up to $85 for a 100mL bottle. For more info on CB I Hate Perfume check out Christopher’s site.

Today our friend, JR, from Reclaim stopped by to talk shop and drop off this sweet arrangement of very fragrant gardenias. Thanks, JR!
In addition to the gardenias, our water perfumes arrived from New York today! We have 8 scents to choose from by designer Christopher Brosius. It’s fun to stand around the display table and remember our childhood through each of the scents. Our personal favorite is In The Library. It has hints of leather and vanilla. Really unusual, but very fantastic! This weekend is the Connoisseurs’ Marketplace in Menlo Park. Come join the fun tomorrow and see you then!
